A lake seemed safe enough. Amethyst felt the Unicorn brush it's nose against my foot and I giggled at the silly creature. "Your odd." She whispered and patted the beast's neck. "But, you did get me out of danger as well as yourself. Thank you." She kissed the Unicorn's nose and ran a hand through it's silver mane. Silver. Reminded her of Rave, dressed in his armour, back from a patrol. Sweet. Kind. A bit funny. An handsome. She shook her head as she tried to clear it from the man she briefly knew.

Rave Flemming when she mentioned I was odd I bobbed my large head in agreement, she kissed my nose. who knew being a unicorn could get you a kiss? I nickered and I trotted through the shallow end of the water before turning to face her again, my silver mane and tail glistening against the sun. I knew she was either going to hate me for this or get scared and run off, without any further thoughts I closed my icy blue orbs, as usual the fog came to embrace me and when I opened my eyes I had been replaced back with my regular body, silver armour and all. I looked down and then back up at Amethyst and spoke Your welcome, I'm sorry I couldnt tell you about this instead of just appearing I wanted to go near her, and be with her like I was when I was the unicorn but when I was human I knew she wasnt going to be happy with me. I let a small sigh escape me, Look amethyst your a beautiful princess, I really hope you wont hate me for this When I am a unicorn I could have spoke to her through my mind but that would have been odd .

Amethyst watched with wide eyes as the unicorn became a human, an not any human, but Rave. She fought the reaction to just flee in fear, she needed to be strong. She could handle this right? She would have to. She blushed when he called her beautiful. An spoke up. "Rave. I can't be mad or hate you for not telling me. It's understandable. We all have our secrets. I go around town in boy's clothing! An I'm not just a princess! I'm a girl. Just like all of the others. I-Why can't people understand that? They look at me and think 'Oh, there goes Princess Amythest. Heard she's bit of a tomboy, not ladylike at all.' Or even 'Princess Amythest. Why would she want to eat here when she can have roasted pig' Well the truth is I like to eat what the locals put out for food! I don't enjoy having a roasted pig and all of this food, when we've got people starving! The truth is I sometimes wish the rebeles took over both kingdoms! Or just got rid of them all together! Sometimes...Being royalty is too much pressure for me to handle...I don't want to be just the beautiful princess. I can fight, and lead. An I don't particulary like flowers or having to sew." She had no idea where the rambled outburst came from, but she felt better after saying everything. She sighed and put a hand to her forehead. Trying to calm herself down. The guy she might kind of sort of like...Could turn into a unicorn...How was she going to deal with that? The best way she could, and luckily it looked like he could control it. "So....You can control your...Changing?"

Rave Flemming I listened to her ramble and eventually it got off topic, Rave chuckled and took a step toward her When she stated she didnt always want this and that I nodded in agreement. I let my handrun through my hair as I looked down Id rather be a warrior than a king, and yes I can control it, I prefer to be a unicorn but I usually cant find the time unless its right after patrol, Ive thought about taking off but I never do, I worry about the people to much I stated myself and then I let the fog come back to me, my large white unicorn frame replacing it, I then began to connect my mind with hers I can talk to you through my mind ... but I cant out loud I walked to stand infront of her, nuzzling her cheek with my velvet nose. .

Amethyst smiled gently. He cares about his people too. But just as she was about to lean into his arms for comfort, which she seemed to find in Rave, almost too easily found. He turned back into a Unicorn. With a sigh she just wrapped her arms around his neck. That would have to do for now, she guessed. "I'm glad you care. Someone in that kingdom has to care. An the whole mind talk thing...Kinda creepy" She told him with a smile and ruffled his mane an bit. "But, kind of cool." She noticed it was getting really late. Her father would be worried. She looked around...Flowers..Flowers...Mother talked about getting some flowers to make her chambers look nicer, more girly...Ah! She found a nice clump of flowers, pulled them out of the ground and got on Rave's back. "Take me as far as you can. I don't want my father seeing you. In either form...He might think that we're going behind his back or something silly." She told Rave as she held on to his mane with both hands.

Rave Flemming I smile when she leaned into my neck and I then nickered as she mentioned the whole mind thing was kinda creepy, when she ruffled my silver mane I shook it out with a snort. As she climbed onto my back and I listened to her talk, I bobbed my large skull and then I took of at a steady canter, it took us afew moments before we reached the garden again, I waited as she dismounted from my back and I turned human again, I cleared my throat Did your father sign the invitation? I then pulled her into a warm embrace and whispered to her We will meet again soon That was a promise I was going to keep, I waited for her to speak before I took off.

Amethyst nodded her head at the mention of the invitation. "I gave it to the soldier who took your horse. I told him to give it to ONLY you." She told him as she held the flowers in her left hand. She hoped that she had done the right thing, in who she gave the invite too. The embrace was unexpected, but yet what they had talked about and seen today, made the embrace okay. He whispered words of meeting, and she nodded in agreement. "Alright. Goodnight Rave Flemming." She said as she slowly left the warm embrace and headed back home to her parent's and sister.
